My Journey...

I’ve been painting for as long as I can remember, my earliest memories are filled with the smell of paint, the texture of brushes, and the vivid colors splashed across my little world. Yet, life led me down a different path. I pursued a professional Global Hospitality course, immersing myself in an entirely different realm. By the age of 22, I was not only working but also running a business, a journey filled with challenges, growth, and valuable lessons.

But something was missing. My relationship with the arts had always been complex, equal parts love and longing, joy and hesitation. It took time and a fair share of courage, but I eventually decided to embrace that tumultuous connection. Stepping back into the world of creativity felt like coming home, as if my soul had been waiting patiently for me to return.

Now, painting is not just a job, it’s my best friend and greatest companion, my therapist and soulmate. It nurtures my mind and spirit, heals me on my worst days, and amplifies my joy on my best. It’s my anchor and my escape, all at once.

Looking back, I realize the path to freedom was always there, waiting for me to take it. I just needed to give myself permission to follow it. It may have taken a lifetime of twists and turns, but every step brought me closer to the truest version of myself. And now, with every brushstroke, I feel free.
